From the first Sunday we attended, my husband and I knew there was something special about Harvest. The genuine love and care of brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ is unique and a true gift. The Biblical teaching and resources Harvest provides through Sunday services, prayer guides, community groups, opportunities to serve, etc. have helped me deepen my relationship with God. As a parent of young kids, the children’s ministry is a huge blessing when it comes to discipling my children. I am so thankful for my church family! - Amy Granata

We began attending Harvest in April 2019 after moving to the Charlotte area from Upstate NY. We felt welcomed our first Sunday. Many invested in us from the beginning with invitations to fellowship. We were most impressed by Harvest's commitment to biblical teaching to foster the spiritual growth of the congregation. There is a great team of pastors and elders in place to lead and support the church. We also appreciate their emphasis on building community among the congregation. There are several opportunities available to be part of bible studies, community groups, and other ministries that provide the environment to build relationships, which was a huge blessing to us to make friendships so quickly after moving to a new place. We also enjoy the worship music with the combination of hymns and contemporary Christian music. We are thankful to have Harvest as our church home. - TJ & Liz Stefanin

We joined Harvest Community Church back in November 2016 as soon as we moved into the neighborhood. Since then, we decided Harvest would be our home church not only because the Bible is the Church's main teaching guide, but also members of the church are blessed by treating one another like a family. Harvest is not a megachurch and this helped us interact with a fair amount of church members regularly as a family. Coupled with the different church programs during different times of the year, the pastors use incredible ways of delivering the Word of God and I find this to be a great way of assimilating the Word of God into our day to day life.
Harvest has really helped our 12-year-old twin children get a deeper root in their faith and the love of Jesus Christ. They eventually decided and were baptized here at Harvest. They enjoy their youth group times where they get additional Bible teachings geared towards children and the youth. - Zelalem & Emnet Feleke |
We have been attending Harvest Community Church since 2014 after moving to the Charlotte area from Northeast Ohio. The body of Harvest was intentional about welcoming us as family and involving us in the life of the church from the onset. We were drawn to Harvest because of the gospel-oriented, biblical teaching that encourages the body to go out into our local communities and share the good news of Christ. God has used Harvest to grow us in our prayer lives, teaching us the importance of praying together corporately. We have also gained many spiritual mentors and friends that we share our lives with both inside and outside the church walls. We are thankful that God led us to Harvest and allows us to work alongside other passionate believers for His glory. For us, Harvest is home. - Ryan & Maggie Kruse
