Chris & Debbie Johnson
A.B.W.E. (Association for Baptists for World Evangelism), Hungary

Chris and Debbie Johnson are currently serving in Hungary at the Diosd Church Fellowship with A.B.W.E.  This church has grown to approximately 50 adults, plus children, and has begun holding public worship services in a local school.

They are also involved with the children Sunday ministry program and have initiated two primary evangelistic ministries:

• A university dormitory outreach program. They distribute "welcome packets" to freshman students and offer a weekly English course.
• A bi-monthly mother of pre-schoolers event in their community called "Mother's Circle".

They have also launched a VBS yearly program and a 10-day leadership-training seminar, and are developing follow-up materials in the Hungarian language.

Chris teaches a home Bible study in Diosd. The Diosd Church Fellowship also conducts a Bible Institute level lay-training course on the book of Romans.
