Facility Request Form

Thank you for considering Harvest Community Church for your ministry meeting or event. Harvest Facilities can only be reserved by members for events and purposes that line up with the doctrine and mission of the church as described in the Harvest Statement of Faith. Our Application for Use of Facilities will provide you with the information about our facilities and the agreement you enter by submitting the electronic form below.

All requests and payments must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Please request use of the facility using the form below.
